3. *Add permission(everyone needs to be authorized)

Step 1*: From Setup, enter Users in the Quick Find box, then select Users.

Step 2*: Select a user.

Step 3*: In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.

Step 4: To assign a permission set, select it under OCR Permission Sets and click Add, and then click Save. If you want to batch authorize:Set up->Users->permission sets->OCR permission sets->Manage Assignments
